Yes. Every therapy is non-invasive and medication-free. EEG simply reads your brain activity; it puts nothing in. Vagus nerve stimulation is delivered at gentle, well-studied intensities, and every session is supervised by a trained neuro-wellness therapist.
Between 20 and 60 minutes depending on your package, including both brain scans. Most guests choose 45-minute sessions. Plan for about 15 extra minutes on your first visit for consultation.
One session delivers a genuine reset you can see on your report. For durable change in baseline stress and sleep patterns, we typically recommend a 5–10 session arc. Your reports track progress, so the data — not a sales pitch — tells you when to continue.
